Manchester United are still looking to do business before the end of the transfer window, with outgoings just as likely as incomings.
While rumours of a mass Manchester United clearout proved exaggerated, the club have made progress with outgoings this summer.
Donny van de Beek, Mason Greenwood and Aaron Wan-Bissaka have all been sold, while Facundo Pellistri is moving closer to sealing his exit.
Rumours persist over Scott McTominay, with Napoli among the teams linked.

Scott McTominay latest
Now it has emerged Fulham have not given up on a deal for Scott McTominay, and have re-opened talks with Manchester United.
Fulham previously had two bids rejected by Manchester United for McTominay, who are holding out for closer to £30 million. Their last offer was just over £20 million.
Sky Sports’ Dharmesh Sheth reports: “Fulham have re-opened talks with Manchester United over signing of Scott McTominay.
“Fulham had 2 bids rejected & & weren’t expected to go back in unless United were willing to negotiate on asking price. Fulham now expected to make improved offer if talks go positively.”
Manchester United held firm, and it’s paying off
Manchester United held firm over Scott McTominay, unwilling to sell an important squad player at a discount.
United want £30 million and may end up getting close to the asking price amid increasing interest in his services.
Fulham have clearly not had luck elsewhere, and have now come back to the bidding table, with Manchester United clearly holding the upper hand in negotiations.
McTominay is not a player United have to sell, especially not for cut-price, and there is also interest from Brentford and Everton.
The gradually approaching transfer deadline also gives United an extra advantage, with Fulham appearing increasingly desperate to get a deal done.
Meanwhile, BBC Sport report Leicester are paying in excess of £20 million to Tottenham for Oliver Skipp, highlighting how United’s £30 million demands for McTominay are quite reasonable in this market.
The timing has worked out well for United
Choosing not to accept Fulham’s offer of £20 million has been good for Manchester United financially, if it ends up with Scott McTominay being sold for a higher fee.
There is another factor where it has worked out well too, that United have avoided the awkward scenario of losing to a Scott McTominay winner at Old Trafford in the season opener.
United’s kick-off game against Fulham was a tight affair, 0-0 until the 87th minute. McTominay was on the pitch for United as Joshua Zirkzee struck the winner.
Fulham had their chances too, and if McTominay was playing for Fulham, you know he would have taken one.
By delaying this deal until after this fixture, United will only have to face him once this season, rather than twice, if an agreement is eventually found.
