Manchester United midfielder Christian Eriksen played his part in a big win for Denmark against San Marino.
While there are no easy games in the Premier League, the same is not true of international football.
Matches against San Marino are effectively training games, and Denmark certainly made it look easy last night.
Christian Eriksen was the best player on the pitch as Denmark eased to a 4-0 win, and never really got out of second gear. They scored three in the first half, had one ruled out by VAR, and eventually added a fourth in injury time.

Christian Eriksen dominates
Denmark continued their bounce-back from a disappointing World Cup by maintaining their position in an automatic qualifying spot for Euro 2024. They are second, two points behind Finland, who they play next.
Manchester United midfielder Christian Eriksen produced three assists, the first of which was a sublime backheel.
Eriksen created seven chances in total, completed 90 per cent of his passes, and touched the ball a staggering 142 times. He played all 90 minutes.
It was only San Marino, yet this was a vintage performance from Eriksen, who was a class above.
Rasmus Hojlund features as substitute
As promised by manager Kasper Hjulmand before the game, Rasmus Hojlund was not played for 90 minutes.
Although, you did have to wonder, why play him at all? Denmark were leading 3-0 by time Hojlund was brought on in the 58th minute.
Hojlund was involved, creating one chance, although did not quite add to his tally of six international goals during the qualifiers so far. He hit the post with a low shot on the turn, and saw it bounce out.
From Denmark’s perspective, this was just about tuning him up ahead of the bigger game with Finland to come, who he previously scored a hat-trick against earlier this year.
