'It's got to be': Ben Foster now predicts Man United v Palace

Manchester United will be facing Crystal Palace for the second time in five days on Saturday afternoon, Ben Foster has predicted the game.

Manchester United have the chance to make it three wins on the bounce on Saturday against Palace.

This would affirm that Erik ten Hag has his side back on the right track after a shaky few weeks.

It also represents a chance to lay down a marker that they are ready to compete now after a solid performance on Tuesday which was the most impressive of the season.

The 3-0 win over Palace has given many the confidence that a second win over Roy Hodgson’s side is inevitable at Old Trafford.

But what does former United keeper Ben Foster think?

Ben Foster predicts United v Palace

Usually quite pessimistic about his former sides chances, Ben Foster has been predicting this weeks Premier League results once again on the That’s Football YouTube channel.

Among his predictions is his view for the game v Palace, on which he said: “It’s got to be a home win. I’m being sensible, Man United win.”

Clearly he seems to think a United win is the obvious result which makes sense given the gulf in quality seen last week.

United’s job will have been made considerably easier by the absence of Odsonne Edouard.

In theory, it should be a comfortable win

Given how easily we ran through Palace on Tuesday, another victory seems to be the easy call.

Especially considering the heavy rotations made for the cup game at the Theatre of Dreams.

Bruno Fernandes and Marcus Rashford will come back into the side which should make United even more dangerous.

However on the other hand Ebere Eze will be coming back into the Palace side where he will ask serious questions of the United defence.
