Manchester United and Denmark defender Patrick Dorgu has opened up on the early part of his playing spell at Old Trafford after his arrival under Ruben Amorim.
The 21-year-old Danish defender left Serie A outfit Lecce last January and Manchester United paid an initial fee of £25m and a further £4.1m in add-ons.
Was that Patrick Dorgu’s best game in a Manchester United shirt?
Patrick Dorgu was a key signing for former Red Devils head coach Ruben Amorim, who wanted to adopt wing-backs for his contentious tactical system at United.
The former Lecce star has struggled at times since his arrival at the Red Devils in 2025, but Dorgu has shown his versatility on the pitch for the Premier League side.
Dorgu has played as a wing-back and as a winger for the Red Devils, with the Denmark international capable of operating as a left-back option as well.
