The new Premier League campaign is just around the corner – and that means another season of Fantasy Premier League is about to begin.
Manchester United’s pre-season campaign is underway, albeit starting with a disappointing 1-0 defeat to Rosenborg.
Erik ten Hag is looking to ramp up his preparations over the coming weeks and fans are hoping to see an improved United side.
United blew hot and cold last season and may not have been too popular with serious Fantasy Premier League players.
Marcus Rashford failed to build on a superb 2022-23 campaign but the emergence of players such as Kobbie Mainoo and Alejandro Garnacho gave managers something to think about.
With the start of the Premier League drawing closer, let’s take a look at every United player’s FPL price revealed…

Andre Onana (GKP) – £5.0million
Andre Onana’s first season in the Premier League was filled with ups and downs; some shaky goalkeeping at times, some games where he was United’s best player.
The former Inter Milan ace dropped into Fantasy Premier League at £5.0million last year and there has been no movement on his price this year.
Onana is a tough case to study for FPL purposes; he made plenty of saves last season but clean sheets were a problem; maybe United will solve defensive issues this summer and Onana’s stats will flip with fewer saves and more clean sheets.
Altay Bayindir (GKP) – £4.5million
Backup goalkeeper Altay Bayindir didn’t make a single appearance in the Premier League last season.
The Turkish international is unlikely to feature much this coming season either and won’t have too many buyers – even at just £4.5million.
Tom Heaton (GKP) – £4million
Veteran stopper Tom Heaton has penned a new one-year deal at Old Trafford but is unlikely to feature much, hence his price tag at the cheapest possible value – £4.0million.
Lisandro Martinez (DEF) – £4.5million
Lisandro Martinez is an exceptional defender when fit, but injuries have been a major issue for a while now.
The Argentinian managed just eight Premier League starts last season and that means his FPL price tag has dropped from £5.0million to £4.5million.
If Martinez can stay fit – and that is a big if – then that price tag will see him become a very popular pick.
Diogo Dalot (DEF) – £5.0million
One of United’s most consistent players last season and the highest-scoring United defender in FPL last term, Diogo Dalot has become a key man.
The Portuguese ace is almost nailed-on to start for United at right back and can even shift to left back if needed.
After more than 100 points last term, Dalot should be an attractive purchase at £5.0million this season.
Harry Maguire (DEF) – £5.0million
After deciding to fight for his place in the United squad, Harry Maguire ended up enjoying a decent campaign.
Maguire missed the final stages through injury but still managed 73 points last term.
United are expected to add defenders this summer though and whilst Maguire is the same price as Dalot at £5.0million, he may not be quite as appealing.
Luke Shaw (DEF) – £5.0million
If fit, many United fans will be picking Luke Shaw in their teams.
An attack-minded left back who can chip in with assists, Shaw is a quality player who can offer plenty both defensively and going forward.
The problem is that Shaw suffered major injury woes last season and £5.0million may be too rich of an investment until fans know that he can string some games together.
Victor Lindelof (DEF) – £4.5million
It wouldn’t be a surprise to see Victor Lindelof leave this summer, some seven years after arriving from Benfica.
The Swede isn’t a key player at United and has been targeted by Fenerbahce boss Jose Mourinho – the man who lured him to Old Trafford.
£4.5million is cheap but Lindelof isn’t expected to feature much for United – if he is even a United player come the new season.
Jonny Evans (DEF) – £4.5million
Veteran defender Jonny Evans was a solid player when called upon, despite being in the final stages of his career.
Evans is staying on to add experienced depth once again, but it’s a similar story to Lindelof; £4.5million isn’t a huge price, but he may not play often enough to be worth picking.
Aaron Wan-Bissaka (DEF) – £4.5million
Right back Aaron Wan-Bissaka is a rather interesting case in that he may be better value for money if he moves on.
The former Crystal Palace man is unlikely to start the season as United’s first-choice right back and has been linked with a move to West Ham United.
A solid defender whose attacking output isn’t quite as enticing as it could be, Wan-Bissaka isn’t too appealing as a United player but may gain value with a move away.
Tyrell Malacia (DEF) – £4.5million
Tyrell Malacia showed real talent in his debut season at United but wasn’t seen at all last term.
Injuries have kept Malacia out for more than a year now and it’s unclear just when he will even return to action.
£4.5million could be a bargain if Malacia gets back fit and firing, but he is one to avoid for the time being.
Bruno Fernandes (MID) – £8.5million
Manchester United’s captain enjoyed another strong season, hitting 10 goals and eight assists in 35 games.
A creative player who is on set pieces and penalties, Bruno Fernandes will be a very attractive player at £8.5million this season.
That is the same price as last summer too with Fernandes surely a top choice for all United fans thanks to his influence and decent price tag.
Marcus Rashford (MID) – £7.0million
Marcus Rashford’s price exploded this time last year, going up from £6.5million to £9.0million off the back of a superb season.
The United star regressed again last season though and that is represented in his new price tag on FPL.
Rashford is now priced at £7.0million, which could look like an absolute bargain if he rediscovers his best form again this coming season.
Alejandro Garnacho (MID) – £6.5million
Alejandro Garnacho took the jump from exciting youngster to first-team regular last season, making a real impact over the course of the season.
The Argentinian’s price tag is now on the rise in FPL as a result, going up from £5.0million last summer to £6.5million this summer.
United fans will be looking to squeeze Garnacho into their FPL teams and a reasonable price tag makes him all the more appealing.
Mason Mount (MID) – £6.5million
Former Chelsea man Mason Mount suffered an injury-hit debut season with United but has plenty of quality in his locker.
A bounce-back season isn’t out of the question but it’s difficult to see just where he carves out a starting role in the XI.
We would be hesitant to pick Mount early on, but he is a name to keep tabs on in case he lands a big role in Erik ten Hag’s side.
Jadon Sancho (MID) – £6.5million
Back in the fold after a spat with Ten Hag last season, Jadon Sancho seemingly has one more chance to save his United career.
£6.5million is a decent price for a player with his ability, but it’s unclear just how much he will play next season.
Marcus Rashford and Alejandro Garnacho are bound to be ahead of Sancho in the pecking order and a ‘wait-and-see’ approach – just like with Mount – may be ideal.
Antony (MID) – £6.0million
FPL managers were just as excited as United fans when Antony scored three goals in his first three Premier League games in 2022.
Antony has struggled to find the net ever since though and the Brazilian needs a big pre-season to even start the season in the starting lineup.
£6.0million is cheap but Antony is another uninspiring choice at this stage.
Kobbie Mainoo (MID) – £5.5million
Kobbie Mainoo burst onto the scene last season, not only making himself an important player for United but also for England at Euro 2024.
Now set to enter the new campaign as a key man for United, Mainoo’s FPL price tag has risen from £4.5million last year to £5.5million this year.
Mainoo isn’t a midfielder who offers huge attacking threat on FPL but a cheap midfielder who should play regularly all appeal to some managers.
Christian Eriksen (MID) – £5.5million
After showing his class for Denmark at Euro 2024, Christian Eriksen reminded everybody of his quality.
That may not translate into minutes with United though, and that is demonstrated by a price tag of just £5.5million.
Eriksen may even be minded to move on from United in search of first-team football, so the Dane is one to avoid for now.
Amad Diallo (MID) – £5.0million
It took a while for Amad Diallo to make an impact, but the Ivorian looked very encouraging towards the end of the campaign.
Fans will remember the last-gasp goal against Liverpool in the FA Cup, but Amad also bagged a goal and assist against Newcastle United in the final home game of the season.
Amad seems primed to take the next step this coming season and a £5.0million punt may not be a bad idea if he can lock down the right-wing spot in Ten Hag’s side.
Casemiro (MID) – £5.0million
After a superb first season at Manchester United, Casemiro took a step back last season.
Casemiro’s attacking returns mean he is a very cheap midfielder and actually £0.5million cheaper than last season.
The Brazilian continues to be linked with a move away from Old Trafford too, so Casemiro shouldn’t be a priority in FPL this time around.
Scott McTominay (MID) – £5.0million
Scotland international Scott McTominay has continued to show his goal threat from midfield and £5.0million is a tempting price.
There are two issues though, with the first being playing time; is McTominay going to start enough games to be a worthwhile selection?
The second is that McTominay has been linked with premier League rivals Fulham and it’s unclear whether he will be a United player this season.
This is a rather similar situation to Wan-Bissaka, where he may actually become more appealing to FPL managers if he moves on.
Facundo Pellistri (MID) – £5.0million
Uruguay international Facundo Pellistri is back at Old Trafford after a loan spell at Granada.
Unfortunately for Pellistri, it’s difficult to see how he breaks into the United side and reports suggest that he actually wants to leave United.
For that reason, Pellistri is one to avoid – unless he joins a Premier League rival.
Hannibal Mejbri (MID) – £4.5million
Another returning loanee after a spell with Sevilla, Hannibal’s chances of a first-team role at United seem slim.
£4.5million is a bargain price but, similar to other fringe players mentioned, he is only a genuine option if he moves to another Premier League club.
Rasmus Hojlund (FWD) – £7.0million
It took a while for Rasmus Hojlund to score his first Premier League goal – Boxing Day, to be exact – but he did finish with 10 Premier League goals to his name.
Hojlund may have been a little too streaky for many FPL managers last season and it’s no surprise to see that his price hasn’t changed.
The Dane came in at £7.0million last summer and is the prime again this time around as he heads into a second Premier League campaign.
Joshua Zirkzee (FWD) – £7.0million
United’s first signing of the summer arrived on Sunday with Joshua Zirkzee completing his move to Old Trafford.
The Dutchman comes in having scored 11 goals for Bologna last season, helping them win the Champions League.
£7.0million is the price tag for Zirkzee, exactly the same as Hojlund.
Whether Zirkzee starts the season as United’s first-choice striker is unclear, so it may be best to wait on Zirkzee and potentially add him into your team closer to the season.
