Manchester United transfer target Leny Yoro appears to be keeping his options open.
French defender Leny Yoro has been on Manchester United’s radar for the past few weeks, and this has taken a step forward.
Manchester United have submitted a bid for Leny Yoro, which has been accepted by Lille.
However, Yoro is the rare player who might not jump at the chance to sign for Manchester United.
Fabrizio Romano reports Leny Yoro’s ‘absolute priority’ is to sign for Real Madrid.

Leny Yoro gives Manchester United hope
Manchester United do face an uphill battle to sign Leny Yoro. But he is not ruling out the Red Devils just yet.
Yoro has posted to X via his account, his first message on social media since May 23.
The Lille defender was responding to a fake account that was pretending to be him, which posted: “I don’t want you @ManUtd . Leave me alone.”
Yoro’s account refuted this, writing: “Fake account. You guys are psycho. Signal this account.”
Leny Yoro to Manchester United situation unclear
This does not necessarily mean Leny Yoro wants to move to Manchester United.
He just does not want anybody else speaking for him, impersonating him, disrespecting a club of Manchester United’s size.
While Real Madrid remain frontrunners, they have not managed to agree a fee with Lille.
Yoro has one year remaining on his contract at Lille, who do not want to lose him on a free transfer next summer.
Manchester United are in the hunt, and the centre-back at least appears to be keeping his options open.
