Manchester United’s season might not have gone according to plan and relies on potentially three games to dig them out of a hole but the youngster have been a huge plus.
What started with the youth recruitment drive in the summer that brought Chido Obi, Sekou Kone, and more to the club continued with Ayden Heaven and Diego Leon in the summer, to name two.
Most importantly, these youngsters have come into a chaotic environment and still held their own, with players already at the club like Harry Amass adding to the list.
Amidst a golden generation of youngsters, Patrick Dorgu has picked one player as someone with “so much potential”, predicting big things for him in the future.

Patrick Dorgu’s pick for youngster with ‘so much potential’
It is easy to forget due to Dorgu’s status as a first-team starter that he is only 20 years old still but he’s wise beyond his years.
He’s taken to senior football at such a high level seamlessly and although he has raw parts in his game, just like any other 20-year-old, the potential is limitless.
Game recognises game, and Dorgu has already recognised one wonderkid at Old Trafford with a similarly limitless potential and it’s someone he shares a long history with.
Manchester Evening News reports Dorgu saying that Chido Obi is someone whose family his family went to church with.
He has high hopes from Obi, who has impressed in his scattered appearances for the first-team so far.
Dorgu said: “I talk to Chido. I know him from Denmark. Our families used to go to church together, so I know him really well.
“I talked to him before he moved here. He has done really well. He has so much potential to be a great striker for United. We’re both young but he’s younger than me and he will be a great player for United in the future.”
Man Utd’s spine could have a Danish flavour
It is no surprise that Obi and Dorgu are so familiar with each other and with that, the people of Denmark will be pretty excited too.
Obi has shown maturity beyond his years and the same can be said for Dorgu, who has gone from playing for a relegation-threatened side in Italy to Man Utd with remarkable ease.
United also have another young Dane who is not having the best time right now, with Rasmus Hojlund struggling for goals.
Hojlund has immense potential as well and the ideal scenario for the decision-makers is that in the next five years, Dorgu-Hojlund-Obi are wrecking havoc on defences.
Remarkably, the one who’s been at United the longest among those three is the biggest uncertainty in achieving that!
